Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2010 following the completion of a bespoke training contract with international law firm Halliwells LLP. Following the completion of his training contract, Richard joined another international law firm, Hill Dickinson LLP, specialising as a litigator in counter fraud. In 2014, Richard then successfully founded and ran his own business for five years before selling the company and joining BMD Law Limited, where he specialised in financial mis-selling litigation.  During his career, Richard has acted on behalf of high profile clients such as Triumph Motorcycles, AXA Insurance, the British Medical Association, Leicester City FC, Next plc and Europcar. 

Richard is entrepreneurial and extremely client focused, establishing incredibly strong and long-term relationships based on trust and success.

Julie is a highly motivated and successful individual with a wealth of legal litigation experience, having occupied executive positions in a number of market leading law firms.

She has extensive experience of handling large, litigated caseloads (including small, fast and multi-track claims) of various complexity and value, utilising her excellent technical knowledge to provide the highest level of customer service and advice to her clients.

She is extremely passionate about securing justice for the under-dog and loves what she does for a living!

Richard and Julie are supported by a number of solicitors and paralegals, who all share an infectious enthusiasm for helping people who have been taken advantage of.

Daniel has extensive experience of the financial mis-selling industry, having played a critical role in the projection and production of various quantum calculation tools and reports for a wide range of financial mis-selling claims, including PPI, car finance and mortgage mis-selling. Daniel utilises his profound knowledge in this area to identify and quantify potential mis-selling claims for our clients and educate and train the Liberay team on all aspects of financial mis-selling.

In addition, Daniel has great experience of handling large caseloads, progressing cases proficiently and efficiently to ensure our clients receive the compensation they are owed as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Neil brings a significant level of senior Operational experience and expertise from across a diverse range of industries, namely insolvency, litigation and reclaims. As a sought after and highly regarded consultant over the last decade, we are delighted to secure his services as he supports us in evolving our internal processes and customer facing approach, whilst driving our commercial ambitions and helping us to realise our vision.
